Shipping Policy

 

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Orders are shipped out within 1-6 business days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

NOTE: If you chose the OMNIVA shipping option, your order will be sent to the parcel machine you have indicated. If you have not indicated a parcel machine, the closest one to your shipping address will be chosen when sending your order.

Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Duty Fees and taxes will not be refunded on returns.

Shipping Status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has been shipped. Information about any back-ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

 

Return Policy

Changed your mind? We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise accompanied by original tags, purchased on www.listeebrand.com, for return within 14 days from the date of the delivery. Just email us at info@listeebrand.com and we will send you all the information needed for the return.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please note that the return costs will be carried by the Buyer.

Please note: If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and mailed to you.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refunding

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.

Your refund will be credited back in EUR at the current exchange rate.

 

Exchanges

We apologize but we are unable to process exchanges on returned items. If you need a different size, colour, or pattern of an item, please place a new order. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service – info@listeebrand.com.
